By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. Joaquin Arambula for Fresno City Council (“the Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Program Description

   • You may receive text messages related to the Campaign, including but not limited to: campaign updates and announcements, event invitations and reminders, volunteer opportunities, voter outreach and engagement, and donation requests.

2. Message Frequency

   • Message frequency may vary. You may receive approximately 2 messages per week, depending on your interaction with the Campaign.

   • Message and Data Rates: message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

   • You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further messages from the Campaign.
